Booking and Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

For Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation for no charge up until 11:59 pm hotel time 1 day before arrival or pay one night fee; credit card required.

Nemertes is not responsible for any cancellations communicated to the Nemertes [Next] team. Hotel reservations are not considered cancelled until you call the hotel directly to cancel and obtain a cancellation number for your records.

Reservations Deadline

The hotel will accept reservations, at this rate, until September 3, 2024, or until the block fills, whichever occurs first.

Please book early for best chance of securing the group rate.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time however, rooms may not be immediately available.

Check-out time is 11:00 am. Requests to retain rooms beyond that hour should be directed to the Front Desk once the guest is registered onsite. Should it be possible to extend a late check-out, a late departure charge may be applicable.

Health and Safety

The wellbeing of our members and guests while attending Nemertes [Next] events is a top priority. Although no formal protocol or screening will be in place onsite, COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters are strongly recommended. We continue to follow exposure guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control.

Driving To / Parking at the Venue

The Royal Sonesta Harbor Court offers both self-parking and valet services. 

Both parking options allow in-and-out privileges throughout the day. Should you need to use this feature, please keep your parking ticket with you and inform a Front Desk Agent that you will be returning.

Self-Parking

Use this address in your navigation for the entrance to the self-parking garage:
20 E. Lee Street, Baltimore, MD 21202

Directions:
Driving down Light Street, after crossing Conway Street, get in the far-right lane.

Drive past the entrance to the hotel and make a right onto Lee Street.

Make an immediate right into the garage and keep right to pass through the ticket kiosk. Once you have received your ticket from the kiosk, enter the garage to park.

Cost per day: $28.00 + tax
Self-parking tickets are paid at the kiosk in the lobby of the garage.

Valet Parking

Directions:
Driving down Light Street, after crossing Conway Street, the Hotel entrance is on the right. Pull around the fountain to park. A hotel staff member will assist provide a valet ticket.

Cost per day: $43.00 + tax
Valet tickets can be paid at the Front Desk.

Overnight Parking

The location, fees, and operation of overnight parking are the same as for the per-day options. Before your final hotel departure, please bring your parking ticket to the Front Desk to confirm that the appropriate charges—whether valet or self-parking—have been added to your hotel bill..
