What You Get

The Sounding Board offering begins with a thorough review of your technology or cybersecurity strategy. Through a series of customized individual workshops, we fine-tune the content of your strategy with you. This review can also focus on a specific situational issue or topic (e.g. ransomware).

At the same time, we work on building a “board map” – a customized assessment of your board’s composition and concerns – which helps you focus your message for those specific individuals. We guide you in developing collateral and leave-behinds for board members designed to build their knowledge around key technologies and their business impact.

We then have you rehearse your presentation with our team of experts, who provide feedback on your messaging and overall impact. We practice until you’re fully confident in your ability to deliver your chosen message with maximum impact.
