Nemertes’ Adaptive Leadership Training (ALT) is a unique program that takes participants out of their comfort zones and provides them with the tools needed to respond in a fast, agile, and effective fashion to changing requirements and situations. ALT is based on the principles of Outcome-Based Learning (OBL) deployed in military training around the world. It is applicable to any team that needs to make fast, effective decisions in high-stakes environments, including cybersecurity, IT, and civilian business teams.
Introduction to ALT is a demonstration of the interactive ALT methodology. By participating in this online workshop, you’ll gain an understanding of the principles of ALT and how to put ALT to work in your organization to create empowered team leaders.
This will be a 1-hour event plus Q+A at the end.
