Adaptive Leadership Training (ALT)

Improve decision-making with wargaming exercises

What It Is

Nemertes Adaptive Leadership Training (ALT) uses a structured, proven methodology for training your team to make quick, effective decisions. Nemertes’ decades of technology and leadership expertise paired with Major Donald Vandergriff’s groundbreaking, military fast-response training provides the foundation for this offering.

Based on the principles of outcome-based learning (OBL) deployed in military training around the world, ALT employs facilitated, immersive, problem-centric decision-making exercises. This training is designed to take participants out of their comfort zones and provide them with the tools needed to respond in a fast, agile, and effective fashion to changing requirements and situations.

The use of scenario-based decision exercises as part of an outcomes-centric approach to learning is a game-changer…. This approach is applicable to all types of organizations.
—Colonel Chad Foster, Commander of the U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Hood, TX
